I used to love trunk club. I had a dedicated stylist who knew me, my style, and who I had one continuous conversation with. They have now switched their model so you keep getting a different stylist every message, and every trunk... I’m having to repeat myself 3, 4, 5 times. They are not following my preferences, they are not reading previous messages. They are not following through on communications. It’s an absolute waste of time. system glitches, poor service
What a disappointment. I just previewed my updated trunk. There were items I did not ask for and styles I have specifically stated I didn’t want. It’s as if they are throwing a bunch of stuff in a box. Unfortunately, they won’t let me cancel it. So, I will send it back as soon as it arrives. I love Nordstrom, but Trunk Club is now an epic fail. I have canceled all further trunks and will not be using this service again.
I’m so incredibly disappointed in the new model. I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and LOVeD my stylist and experience. She knew me and the styles and brands I loved. Imagine my surprise when my newest trunk was so far off in sizing and style that I kept 1 pair of shoes (not even what I was shopping for and needed) I love Nordstrom clothes and brands, I’ve loved my experience, but will be no longer continuing as the service is now worse than me just shopping for myself online.
did my first trunk. completely ignored everything I like, don't like or asked for. in fact, they picked the exact things I said I didn't want. a complete waste of time and money. there is an immediate offer to try again, but if course for another styling fee. this must be some algorithm and not anything specific or customized. worse than stitch fix. heading back to allume. at least there are people listening, even if you don't get to try on at home.
I was going to try Trunk Club for the first time this week. When I Received my preview - I was taken back a bit. I went through all of the motions of making sure to have my correct sizes, height, weight, etc. and went through a long series of the styles that I would either wear or not wear. I feel like the entire box (well, 95% of it) was either not the right fit (I.e., I am 6'1 and 285lbs) - slim fit button up short sleeve shirts. Why would I recommend this ad/page Facebook just gave me for some truckload club for Nordstroms fashions when I have absolutely NO interest in or need for Nordstroms fashions which are way too expensive for what they're sold for? You might want to talk to Facebook about adjusting the target audience for your ads as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me.
I’ve used trunk club for over 5 years, the only reason I’ve had 2 stylists is because my first moved on (and we’re friends on social media!). I am disappointed at the new model. My current trunk is lackluster and the communication has been poor. I don’t see a reason to continue on.
I am so disappointed with their new model of rotating stylists. It’s no longer customized to your style. Previously I had a stylist Sydney that I loved, and she got to know my style. Now you can’t even get someone to respond. It took 8 days for someone to reply to me and all they said was “thanks for reaching out to customer service”.
