My girlfriend visits Chicago quite a bit. As she is a Chicago native. I have a tiny studio and her son that goes to university up here also is in the same boat. She would ALWAYS stay at the Trump. She ABSOLUTELY RAVED about the place to everyone. I loved getting to meet up there and visit when she was in town. Yet after giving them quite a bit of business she was told "no one can make her happy" all due to her calling the front desk when the tub didnt run water. or the carpet was stained horribly (I saw it and the pictures) ... read more

Fantastic location and excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean and you have all the amenities you could want at your finger tips.
