Outstanding place and service
I stayed here often commuting back/forth from New York City. My son who was a freshman in high school & 6’1 at the time never edited to leave - spacious & comfortable and so accommodating! One of my favorite spots! ❤️🇺🇸
Loved my stay. Beautiful property. Get a room on the spa floor it has purified separate air system. Have a drink at the rooftop bar. I will be back everytime I come to Chicago.

Went downtown to celebrate our friends 28th birthday. Let me just tell you the staff was simply amazing! So polite and kind and fun to be around!!! HUGE shout out to MK, Emmanuel, Fidel, Kevin, Prem and Jamie for being the best service around. 10/10. Thank you all so much!!!!

Staff was supremely helpful and thoughtful in making it a special weekend visit to Chicago for our daughter. Wonderful facility. Right in the middle of everything you want to be near. Will definitely visit again any time we go to the city.
