Service is fantastic the staff are great �� But we paid extra money to be on the 35th floor and requested a view of Waikiki and Diamond Head ended up looking at the Hilton could of saved hundreds of dollars per night for the same view. A little disappointed

This is one of the best properties on the island. Hands down 5 stars all the way! Highly recommended!

Fantastic staff - always polite and friendly. Rooms are big and very well equipped. Would highly recommend to holiday and business visitors.
