This is my first stay here at this hotel room 1451 ! We where out late last night and when we woke up to shower for the day and relax in the beautiful tub in our room. Well it’s safe to say we will never return to this establishment for 600$ a night. We hope that they can fix the issue at hand that’s caused the water to be so nasty so that others can actually enjoy their stay!

The place is a gaudy atrocity. Don't stay here! There are enough places in Chicago that have real class.
Horrible smell in the halls and my room. Rude staff refused to help with the smell.
RecommendedFantastic time at this Hotel. Staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and important! Maybe because I was not there to impress anyone at all . The restaurant overlooking the city skyline was well worth the stay and cost! Win or lose in November I would stay here again
RecommendedGreat location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
