The interior of the hotel room and the view were the best part of our experience. The negatives were that there's barely a lobby and only two receptionists. Also had many many goodies in the hotel room and not one thing was complimentary (except coffee). I just don't know why these rooms are much more expensive compared to the other city hotels. Service did not stand out at all. Overall satisfied but not impressed. It should be more affordable.
We had an amazing stay! All of the staff were great and they even bought our son a robe and a wii to play in the room. Its close to everything for the most part and its somewhere we will visit again!
Absolutely magnificent ..service was perfect.. room with the view of the river, breakfast on the Terrace Trump International exceeded my expectations. I am in love & will be back

This building is a tourist destination for those who disagree with our elected president and his cronies. Its surrounding area is for the enjoyment of the people of this city. Anyone seeking a fancy hotel stay please go elsewhere as we will continue to hold marches, rallies, musical outbursts and other demonstrations weekly or more often until Trump is out of power.
Gorgeous hotel the rooms are huge and clean and modern I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town
Trump is the best president we've ever had and Trump tower in Chicago is the nicest hotel I've stayed at!
