It's an absolutely beautiful hotel. The customer service was beyond amazing!! I went for my birthday and will be going back next year. It was an absolute dream!!
It is amazing so many fun things to do around there there were characters like Moanna minions and Bell it was the best time go there and it will be amazing

Fabulous hotel. Myself hubby and 3 children have just stayed for 3 nights. They really are amazing with the children, baseball hats at check in, Xbox, kid size slippers and robes and popcorn and other goodies delivered to the room. My little girl was unwell on the 1st night and was offered soup, tea and lovely comfy pillows. The staff on the front desk are fabulous especially Gabriella who had a handwritten get well message sent to the room for her. Staff very unhelpful. Nobody would tell me where to find the Russian embassy. Sad.
