Had to wait over an hour for our room made the best of it but for 750 a night that's dumb! Out check in receptionist made it the best! She was the best through the wait�
Fabulous location but zero foot traffic in and out of this property. The property looks tired and worn. There appears to be lots of empty space for rent. Surrounding area has elegant, tasteful and well maintained exterior spaces and facades. This looks shabby and out of place.

Staff is friendly, restaurant is amazing! I'd go again, regardless if our president runs it.
BEST PLACE FOR A PROTEST!! Also my husband and I stayed here after our wedding in 2015. If we had known what would happen the next year we'd have opted for The Peninsula.
This is a great spot for a protest or demonstration. Chicago police are the best!
