Everything was fantastic; from the presentation and flavor of the food, to the excellent customer service. Will definitely be back again!
I thought the food was excellent, the waitress could’ve been up to par with The food , thank goodness i wasn’t in a rush, I’ll give her 4 stars for friendliness, but she could’ve used extra help and been more attentive in the beginning, she got better as time went on probably because of my facial expressions
The bartender was truly amazing! The Pan Roasted Lobster was sheer perfection!!! I seen another patron enjoying the Entree... The aroma was so captivating that I ordered the same Meal and the couple next to me felt the same and ordered as well!!! Remarkable dish and Amazing location! Even my very Jamaican friend who is picky enjoyed his Alaskan Crab Legs! We appreciate the hospitality..... I definitely recommend... Happy 4th of July.... Ill be returning for my birthday on July 15!!!
Highly recommend if you're in the area. The filet mignon with tater tots fondue appetizer was absolutely incredible. We also ordered a short rib and hanger steak. Needless to say, this place knows how to cook mouth water meats and this is coming from someone who was just visiting the area from NYC. They also have daily dip specials for the bread they give you which are unique and delicious. 10/10, would go back.

The best seafood restaurant in CT!!!! The nicest staff. The best Paella!!! Oysters ! Oysters! Delicious desserts!! The price is not bad at all because your getting your money’s worth. I’ll give it 10 stars for this must go restaurant in West Hartford .
I’ve only been to Max’s previously for Sunday lunch with my brother after services at his church. Service and food have always been top drawer. Dinner was no different. Great food, excellent service.
