Lamb shank cooked to perfection, bourbon punch with Evan Williams, great conversations, and an warm & inviting atmosphere.
Went there last night before the "Lion King" show. To say the food at the Trumbull Kitchen is excellent would not be my first reaction. Only because our waiter, Brett, was truly amazing. It was our first time there and he made us so comfortable. His suggestions concerning drinks and the menu were exquisite, informative and right on. Everything was amazing!!
A lovely evening celebrating my daughters 14 birthday. The skyscraper was spot on along side of each of our entree’s. Staff was stellar and made our dinner simply perfect. Ambiance was very upscale with a twist of New York flare yet so warm and relaxing. A must visit if you are in the area.
The experience and food is always outstanding! Highly recommended!
This has been one of our very few "go to" places for everything from their monthly lunch club luncheons to special occasion dinners. Last night was the latter as we were celebrating my wife's 69th birthday...which we did by splitting an excellent Caesar salad and lobsters. She prefers the pan roasted lobster and the baked stuffed lobster is my default choice, both of which were phenomenal. Amazing. From their carrot dill appetizer to oysters to the tuna bowl dinner — everything was excellent !! I would go back but i was visiting from south florida.
The service was wonderful, clean and the oysters were out of this world
First visit & it won’t be the last. Great service, great food, great atmosphere.... what more could you ask for. The manager, Dave, was awesome!!
