The Doylestown branch is excellent. They are always pleasant and go out of their way to be helpful. We look forward to seeing Amber and Jack when we have banking to do.
Staff is always very pleasant, rates are much better than a bank. I only deal with Trumark now

I have been a customer for 25 years. I received the worst customer service today. I can't even begin to explain how rude the teller "Brittany" was at the Trumark in Wayne. I had to pull my money and I went to Citadel. I would never recommend this bank to anyone!!! It's a shame because the phone tellers are so nice. But, the people they have as the "face" of Trumark need Customer Service 101" classes.
