I found the customer service to be very rude, they continued to cut off my fiance every time he called. The countless people he spoke with had very horrible attitudes and were very ignorant. I think an attitude evaluation should be done.
Just as many sneaky overdraft fees as any other bank. Thieves!
Get rid of your bank, get a credit union. And you could do a lot worse than TruMark who hit me with very few fees and has given me car loans with great interest rates and a Visa card with a high limit and lot interest rate as well. They grew with me and rewarded me as my credit improved. And the folks in the branches are always friendly and helpful.
Became a new member this past December and have been extremely pleased w/their services. Only downside is not being able to see any "pending" deposits such as your direct deposit set up through your employer. Unfortunately you have to wait until the check is deposited to find out how much it was/is for. Otherwise, I've had a pleasant experience so far.
Love the extended hours, the people that work there have great people skills

I've been a member since 1996, never had a problem & all the TruMark representative are very friendly&helpful
