Avoid at all costs!!! Trumark is the worst bank I have ever used! Constant problems with record keeping. They refused to edit a payment that was made, that I have paper record of from them!!! Would not work with my gap insurance company. And had me pay a month twice on the front and back end. Disrespectful management that told me just to pay it and it would be resolved.... After 18 years with this institution, I'll be leaving in the New Year. The fees at this credit union are astronomical and ridiculous. I've researched other credit unions and they don't have this level of thievery. Very disappointed Trumark and I am not the only one. I was charged 64.00 dollars in over draft fees in the same morning because I didn't get to an ATM fast enough to transfer money from savings to checking, I'm done this isn't the first time. One shouldn't be this stressed out with a CREDIT UNION or ANY BANK
Who is the President at Trumark and what is his or her email address ? I am a member and a 26 year IBEW Local 98 Member and past trustee. I have a big issue with a certain Gentleman at your organizing not keeping his word with me and creating a giant mess in my life.... Do the words usery mean anything, how about taking advantage of the little guys. Well this little guy packs a punch
Went in today for a quick bit of business and immediately realized why I like TruMark. I was greeted warmly and was treated well by all. I would much rather wait a few minutes in line for customer service like this then ever deal with some machine. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
Went in today to find a new paperless system in place. I did not like it.at.all. Not fan of having to tell the teller all of.my information so anyone in the area can hear, doesn't seem secure to me. If I wanted to do paperless transactions I would do my banking online. The general consensus of.customers was we.didnt like it. Please go back to the old way or I will have to find a credit union that cares about its customers wants and needs. Or at least give people a choice.
