I have been a member for over 30 years. I have received impeccable service whether I go into my local branch in South Philadelphia or call customer care. The only recommendation I can make is that I hope you take care of your employees. I have seen a lot of new faces at the branch over the years. Everyone is great, but in order to keep outstanding employees, they need to feel appreciated as well which in turn paves the platform for even better customer service. Run away from these crooks! After 2 weeks of my 85 year old mother trying to get some of her money I had to step in and now they will not respond. They WILL keep your money!!!! They try delay tactics, not communicating, last minute paperwork that was already filled out. Mom needs to move, settlement is next week and now we will have to cancel because they refuse to give her what is hers. Yes, an attorney will now be consulted.
The customer service represenitives at the Tullytown branch goes above and beyond any bank I have ever been with me and my wife could not be any happier. They truly believe in excellence.
I been a customer since 2000. I love this bank and won't change it.

The Doylestown branch is excellent. They are always pleasant and go out of their way to be helpful. We look forward to seeing Amber and Jack when we have banking to do.
