I've been with this bank since they opened and the people that are employed there are the BEST
Lowering to one star based upon TruMark's decision to shut down Online Banking, including bill-pay, for a full weekday. No form of "push" notification, such as an email to members. It was two stars before based upon their inability to electronically pay a Master Card account that goes to Citibank, and inability to fix that problem. Not an institution that operates with 21st-Century sensibilities, unfortunately.
