I love belonging to the trumark credit union. The staff always provide great service when I call with a question, or go into the bank with a problem. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and think of Trumark as a good, reliable neighbor.

I received a letter in the mail saying that a loan I applied for was denied. I never applied for a loan through Trumark. When I called the lady Jennifer I spoke to said that the customer service rep had put in the loan with myself and my fiancé, even though the loan was supposed to only have my fiancés name attached. She told me that even though it pulled my credit and now will show on the report, that I should not worry because it doesn't matter. I am appalled.
