Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control cancelled me while we were in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Truly Nolen in Florida cancelled me for non payment however their online payment site wasn't working and they wouldn't answer their phones. I finally got in touch with their corporate office who verified that the online system was not working (and they had recently gotten a new system to replace it) and we also tried to call the branch office at that time and no answer. Expensive! I'm sure Truly Nolen does a great job managing pests, however, their price is unbelievable! They inspected for rodents in our home and were over zealous in their approach. We have a mice issue in our attic and kitchen. They recommended that we replace all of our insulation in the attic, do a major cleaning of the attic and seal up all the entry points. Unprofessional and disappointing. I scheduled an annual inspection and they stood me up three times. I took hours off from work 3 times, waiting at home but no one showed up in scheduled time window. The first time the technician called earlier suggesting that we delay the inspection due to weather. On the phone we agreed to reschedule for next week same day. The day came, he did not show.
