I don't normally complain, especially on Facebook but as a new homeowner, I will say that hiring Truly Nolen was a huge mistake on my part. They gave false hope of when my house would be completed, causing all plans to be completely altered and upon entering my home afterwards I found my fan plugged into another room and broken. Still not capable of getting rid of mice/rats after 9 months. Won't show up at appointments on time and technicians don't know where traps are when they do show up. Technicians blame management and management blames technicians but the result is that nothing gets taken care of. They claim if they don't trap anything that there is "no activity" despite us hearing them constantly and even recording the noise for them and then they just stop coming until we call and complain.
