I’ve used Truly Nolan since 2018 and my pest control guy Brandon has always been very professional and passionate about his work. However, after getting a new debit card number because mine was lost I didn’t realize I didn’t call them to update it and when I called to set up an appointment they told me my account was cancelled due to non payment I IMMEDIATELY updated my payment info with them and paid the outstanding balance and set up my appointment for treatment. I just purchased a home Unknown to us the house was infested with ants and fleas. Truly Nolan cane to our rescue. The technicians are friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. I am very pleased with the service and will be a life long customer.
Not happy with this contract! They never showed on my last appointment. I understand employees getting sick but follow up. My husband came into the local TN and told them they never showed up and they told us they would be out soon NOT 2 or 3 wks!!! We shouldn’t have to track you guys down. We are still seeing bugs but can’t come out for another week????? Brown locus spiders with babies on the mothers back and we’ve seen more since they have been coming . I’m very disappointed in this service.
