Muy bueno
Had an issue with the policies at the bank. The teller was very helpful but she couldn't do what I needed so she went to get a manager. The woman that came was nasty with her little smart aleck faces and responses. I closed my account and will never give them any business whatsoever. You dont deserve to be in a position like that at a bank with that attitude. Terrible customer service!

I would like to mention a particular banker whose name is Yatziri Garcia. Miss Yatziri was very helpful and demonstrated a wonderful work ethic. I have not enjoyed going to this branch each time for the last few years. Miss Yatziri turned over my impression of this facility by following up what we talked about and gave me a call to confirm. * I have always been promised from some of the bankers but it rarely happened.
