So tired of having to wait in long lines to get my money out of tge worn out atm's. It's like this most of the time here.
Another disappointing visit to truist atm's. One was not working at all, and the other one showed I could not withdraw any money out of my account. I tried to deposit a check, but it made a weird noise and then said your item can't be deposited nor returned to me. Please update these worn out ATM's. I had to go to a different bank to get cash last night, and they charged me $3 to get money.
very bad quality service
Why does the deposit feature NEVER work on the weekend. If you can't get to the bank when they are open how are you supposed to deposit anything.
