Excellent customer service. Dealt with Natalie to open an account. She was very friendly with a genuine personality; very knowledgable; efficient; and dedicated. She answered many questions and helped set up our online account, representing Truest Bank in a professional and courteous manner any business would expect and be proud of.
Horrible customer service. They told me to come down to get a refund of a money order just to tell me NVM we can't do anything. Like don't make me take a trip down to the office just to tell me no
They will hold a check that you deposited for 7+ days and then charge overdraft fees. Will be changing banks as soon as that check is fully deposited so I can go somewhere else!
