Left on hold for 10 minutes. No service.
They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the process. So far I am very pleased with the service I have gotten. I can hardly wait for the next time they come and irrigate the lawn and seed it.
Have consistently increased price every application from the "per application" amount agreed upon at the start of the season. Customer Service really didnt care about the shady increases or make any offers to make it right. Update: aside from questionable business practices regarding hidden fees, my lawn has suffered chemical burn from their last treatment.
