They do a nice job with the grass, control weeds, etc. Would like to have them actually knock on the door and tell me what they are doing or suggestions for my lawn.
I have both lawn and tree service. Both service people, Roy Hill, my tree and shrub specialist and Jacob Taylor, my lawn specialist, take ownership and inform me on how they service our property and both really care about my property that took me 20 years to get to this beautiful point. The people who service my yard are courteous and knowledgeable. My grass and shrubs are doing much better. I have recommended TruGreen to my church in Shepherdstown, now a customer, and to family and friends in my area.
I have been with TRUGEEN for many years. The service has always been top notch, especially with the knowledgeable technician that does my lawn.
I've already told a number of people about how my wife and I are both very impressed with the look and condition of our lawn, and the tree and shrub dept. are doing an equally good job. The fact that the work is completed without me having to make multiple inquiries and I don't have to round up all the different products to do the job myself is a big stress reliever.
