The work is preformed in a timely manner and you do not need to be present. The weeds start to disappear from the first treatment and the grass starts to grow.
When I moved in to my house the lawn was full of weeds. In less than 2 years, Trugreen did an amazing job of restoring a beautiful green lawn.
My service tech really seems interested in how my lawn looks. Not just someone throwing chemicals on and leaving. He will ask questions, walk around with me and gives me that feeling that my lawn is well cared for. Get numerous responses from people telling me how great my lawn looks.
Our lawn has definitely improved in appearance this year. The mosquito control worked really well and we had few mosquitos. The folks who worked on our lawn have always been friendly and helpful. I have used their advice on several occasions. I have been impressed with TruGreen's service on all levels.
I have been very impressed with my Tru Green experience. The workers are pleasant, do good work and always leave a receipt after when they leave. When I have had any problems with my lawn (chickweed issue) they came and addressed the issue and took care of it.
Our associate takes the time to explain what he's doing. It's not like some company that just throws something on your lawn and leaves. Feels like he really cares what my lawn looks like.
Being able to go online to check on my next scheduled service and being notified on day of service when the tech will arrive; great communication. When I am at home the day of service the tech explains what exactly he is planning to apply and what the expected results should be. So far we are very happy with the service.
My Tru Green Service guy Chris is great. I love the care he puts into my yard !! I highly recommend Tru Green.
