I have been a customer even before the name was Trugreen. Most of my experience has been excellent - especially excellenr service from Scot Fox on my trees and shrubs. My lawn care service has improved. There are 3 people on my block that used TruGreen. The service men are friendly and do a good job, overall I think procedures in scheduling and a doorbell ring are great.
