I have been a TruGreen customer for a long time - even before the name became TruGreen. I have been mostly very satisfied with their care of my lawn and shrubs, trees,etc. They call before coming and show up as expected. Unless I happen to look out window, I do not know when they arrive - a knock on my security door I cannot hear. This past time they also rang the doorbell - that I did hear and was able to talk to the technician. They have always been very polite and helpful. True green can convert a mediocre lawn into a very good looking lawn with great curb appeal...even though our lawns are a mix of grasses with a lot of weeds, trugreen over the spring and summer has managed to make our lawns nice and green healthy and very appealing visually to the eye..my only reservation is only for better weed control..otherwise a great job by trugreen..thank you
