It is a very pleasant experience. The efficiency, skill and extreme knowledge of the techs is amazing. Techs make sure that you know what they are going to do and why and review with you after the service.
I've only had the one treatment, the guy did his job great got a information about my yard, ie, soil sample, type of weeds, type of grass.
So far TruGreen has done a very good job. Customer service has been great and the techs have been very good with knowing information about the treatments.
No bugs, that's what we asked for and that's what we got, no bugs anywhere.
The service men are very nice The service men are very nice and knowledgable, know what needs to apply on the lawn.
