My parents have always taken their pets to Treusdell. It was always a good experience whether or not news or outcome of the visit was. Naturally, when I got a dog my first choice for pet care was Treusdell and I've never regretted the decision. Had a issue the local vet took a stab at. Got better but came back so we packed up and went back to Heidi. Sure, she is 70 minutes away from us but it is worth the time. Been going there since 96 and know Heidi since 04. She squeezed us in on a Saturday morning from a call late Friday night. Still waiting for the blood results but I feel better Heidi is on a more complex case. Our kids have 2 vets. Local for small issues and Heidi for bigger issues.
They have a caring staff !!! They work with me to make sure my kitty gets his prescription food as needed !! They are kind and compassionate, listening to all my questions and answering clearly. And they often have kittens up for adoption. I can't resist watching those kittens play!!!
