The staff at Truesdell is amazing. They are all so warm and caring. I am so impressed at the team work of the staff. Dr. White has been at my side healing my babies for so long, she is a part of our family. Her dedication and persistence to heal my babies is phenomenal. I feel so blessed to have the Truesdell family taking care of my family.
Today my first time at the vet clinic and it's was a very nice and pleasant visit all the staff was very friendly and even the people that were bring their pets in were friendly and so surprising all the pets were friendly tnow if the whole world could be like this moment that I had today what a beautiful place it would be GOD BLESS .
After losing a dear dog of ours a few days earlier, I called my regular vet to make an appointment for my other dog, Rueben, who seemed to have an eye/skin infection. They would not see him for a week even after 30 years of going there (change of ownership from the original). There very very good at what they do. Dr. Susan Was amazing with my cat Edward. And her veterinarian tech's were amazing also. He went in with a uti and stones. And she loved and treated him like her own cat. Also, went in today for a follow up and same amazing service like always. Love � Megan the receptionist she is so friendly
They killed my parrot (he was wild-caught and they restrained him until he was so stressed out he keeled over from a heart attack). I will never forget it. They know 0 about handling birds. Please do NOT take your bird here! And if that wasn't bad enough they charged me $66.61 for killing him during a routine exam. I just paid them and left to bury my pet and best friend of 10 years. Heartbreaking.

Truesdell is the best! My visits have been nothing but positive. Everyone are so friendly and knowledgable, veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk staff. At my last visit they really made my day by going out of their way to find the coolest bandage for my little girl. Pink with glitter! Thank you for always being so patient and good with my dogs.
We love everything about Truesdell. Kaylee was very shy and nervous when we first adopted her. The vet and tech were extremely kind to her, went slow and got to know her, and Kaylee loved it. Kaylee usually has the same tech and I feel bad that I don't remember her name, but we love her so much. When Kaylee got sick she actually perked up and got excited when she realized where we were.
