I have been coming to Truesdell since 2005, and would not trust the care of my dog to any other people. The care and personal attention are unsurpassed. Everyone there truly treats my dog as though they were their own.
I can’t say enough good things about Truesdell. I’ve been taking both of my dogs here for the past year and the professionalism from the entire staff is unmatched. We have seen all of the doctors here and each and every one of them are incredible. They all really care about our dogs and go above and beyond to solve any illness or injury they might have. The doctors are amazing at following up. They follow up each visit with an email and are quick to respond to any questions we have.
I have taken my cats to Dr. Brittany White at Truesdell Clinc for a number of years. I live further away from the clinic now, but I still continue to bring my cats to Truesdell because of the kind and respectful care. Recently one of my cats was sick. Dr. Brittany and Vet Tech Jen were so kind and caring to my cat Duke and I. They really were great in coming up with a diagnosis and helping my cat who since is feeling well. Thank you all!
The doctors and techs at Truesdell are always so very compassionate and caring. We took our fur baby Lilly to Truesdell since she was a puppy. That has been almost 14 years. Sadly, we recently lost our fur baby Lilly 💔🐾. We always received the best care from everyone there! Dr Heide Meier was always amazing! We love her.❤️Lilly loved her and everyone at Truesdell!! I’ve been with Truesdell since Dr Tom opened his first clinic on Atlas Avenue. All the drs and techs are amazing. I trust them to care for my dogs and cat. Compassionate people all around.
They only care about money. After going there for years because its close yet very expensive, I brought in my young siamese for sneezing and was told to come back in if there was any problem. The next day shes sneezing blood and I was told they where to busy and Id have to take her to the emergency vet if I thought she needed to be seen. That level of service unacceptable in any industry, period I will never be back
