Brought 9 hail damaged screens in for repair. Over 3 weeks later and they still weren't fixed. Picked them up to take them somewhere else, and barely got an apology. Nobody tried to keep my business either. I won't be going back. Took my screens to Do It Best on Edgewood. Said it would only take a week to week and a half. Those old guys at Do It Best are always on their game

John, I truly am sorry for the bad experience. We pride ourselves on quality work as well as excellent customer service. We are in the middle of transitioning technicians and have clearly had a communication gap in the store. We were at 2-3 weeks out and are now 3-4 weeks out due to the transition. Every time I've come in, I'm always asked if I need help, and get the answers I need. This last weekend, I went in to buy rakes for myself and my kids to use, and they were out of kids' size rakes. Sure enough, one of the fellas at the store offers to take a grown-up rake (better quality!) and cut it down to my daughter's size. No charge, no hesitation. That was awesome service, indeed.
