I took virtual sessions with Nazli and she’s been great. She helped me through some big life changes and helped me practice CBT which was very effective. She’s super patient and understanding. I would highly recommend her especially if you want someone who gets the South Asian family dynamic.
I was nervous to go to therapy and had a few bad experiences. But if you want to learn how to communicate/understand more about yourself and others, this really is helping. I would recommend to anyone. Definitely a process and there are tough days but overall, I’d do it all again to gain more understanding. Big big thanks to True Self Counseling!
