I was fortunate to be able to try this wonderful spa. The young lady that gave us a tour and what to expect was wonderful. It was so relaxing and I felt this calmness for several days afterward. I will be visiting again soon. It's a great place to take care of you.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! You walk in and are immediately greeted by friendly, professional staff. If it’s your first time they explain everything in detail and are willing to answer any and all questions you have. Nico went above and beyond to make sure I got the best floats and the perfect membership. He really took the time to ensure everything was right for me. You can tell he cares about the customer experience—definitely deserves top reviews for his service!
We bought vouchers on Groupon, try something new. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for weeks and they keep cancelling. Today they cancelled a couple hours before and I can’t get ahold of the store to talk to someone. They text and say they can’t find my appointment using the email and phone number they cancelled me on. Trash customer service. I just want my money back. This is not a relaxing experience at all.
I know nobody cares about the goings on in my life but I want to leave my review here because I felt it's warranted. I bought a "2 for 1" deal for my wife and I as a treat and stress reliever as my parents both have alzheimer's/dementia and dad numerous strokes and we need some relaxation time. Fast forward dad has more strokes, Dr's appointments for both, my and her job. Dad ends up passing and we deal with all that. I finally remember we have that float coupon to use.
