Have been calling for weeks to book and keep getting told to call back as they are having staffing issues and can’t take bookings. Got the run around for long enough for my gift cards to expire, which is 6 months from purchase, which is stupid. They just stopped answering the phones. Save your time and money because this place is a huge scam. Edit: Did finally hear back from leadership. The Perrysburg location was able to take care of the situation, which I greatly appreciate.
My wife and I arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment. We were told that the recommended arrival time is 30 minutes prior, but as someone who works in the service industry… I know that those times are not in stone. If it were, you would book 1.5 hour Blocks to accommodate for the mandatory 30 minutes. I drove over 45 minutes to get to this location, and there was an accident along the way delaying our arrival time. BEWARE OF THEIR SPECIALS!! Their gift certificates expire after six months and they give you no information about the expiration when buying or before it expires. You’ll waste your money!
Horrible customer service, front desk was rude and condescending.
