My wife and I arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment. We were told that the recommended arrival time is 30 minutes prior, but as someone who works in the service industry… I know that those times are not in stone. If it were, you would book 1.5 hour Blocks to accommodate for the mandatory 30 minutes. I drove over 45 minutes to get to this location, and there was an accident along the way delaying our arrival time. BEWARE OF THEIR SPECIALS!! Their gift certificates expire after six months and they give you no information about the expiration when buying or before it expires. You’ll waste your money!
Horrible customer service, front desk was rude and condescending.
I had a good experience at the Toledo location. I am a senior woman with Fibromyalgia and arthritis. I would suggest that one of the pod rooms be better equipped with railings to help us get in and out of the pod. And also in the shower area. The place was very clean and the different areas where you can freshen up and also where you can have tea and oxygen bar are very nice. The manager was very helpful in explaining everything.
