RecommendedI did my first float yesterday and it was quite the experience. I meditate frequently but have recently found it to be more difficult. I am a martial artist as well as a massage therapist and found the float time to be very therapeutic and relaxing. I left feeling more balanced, with better posture and stronger. The biggest difference I felt was in my legs, the tension and restriction had gone and I felt stronger and more coordinated. RecommendedMy first experience of the float spa was more than I expected. I couldn’t believe how much my mind had trouble relaxing. But as I settled into my float, I finally found that true zen moment. I can’t believe I have a whole hour with no one bothering me, asking me questions or stimulating me. Everyone should experience floating and practice it regularly!
