I was extremely hesitant about this. i just could not wrap my head around how just floating in 10 inches of water and some salt would help my back pain. I booked a 1 hour float for my husband and I to try it out. IT WAS AMAZING!!! It is amazing how rejuvinated and relaxed I felt after! We liked it so much that my husband even said we should get a membership for 2 floats per month, so we did! I can't wait to go back!
After an exhausting first week back to teaching, I went for a one hour float, followed by the oxygen bar, I was reenergized! I had an amazing night of sleep and woke up feeling rejuvenated and I am ready for a jog!! Love this place! #reenergized#relaxed#positive#wellbeing
