I went to True Rest for my first float experience and I had an incredible time! The staff was very helpful both on the phone and at the spa. I was incredibly impressed by the facilities, everything was very clean and contemporary. My boyfriend and I came here out of curiosity and we left feeling better and refreshed. I couldn't believe how well I slept that night. I would absolutely come back here and would recommend it to anyone! Do yourself a favor and book a float season here 😁

RecommendedI was a little skeptical but I'm glad I went. It was much easier to relax than I thought, and the pods are spacious enough so you don't feel closed in. I felt like a noodle when I was done, no tension at all. The oxygen bar was a nice finishing touch. Hours later I still feel energized. The packages and memberships are reasonably priced, and some can be shared---not that I will. Looking forward to seeing long term detox and pain relief.
