Very relaxing environment. The video shown before gives you a lot of information on what may happen in the capsule during your float which made my anxious mind at ease during my session. The staff was friendly and helpful and the area to relax after the float was very nice too. I was impressed with how clean and beautiful the spa was. I will be back �
