I'm so grateful I discovered floating. It's such a unique experience. If you're interested in meditating, but haven't had much success with it, then you have to try this! I've made floating part of my weekly maintenance. It tames the monkey mind and leaves me feeling refreshed, present, and extremely calm. The staff at True REST Brick are also part of the pleasurable experience. They are very friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy talking to Andy after he asks me how my float was.
The first time I went to the float spa I had a hard time relaxing. I'm one of those people who has a hard time shutting my mind off, and it was such a different experience I wasn't really sure what to think of it. I decided to give it another try a while later when I was going to school and under tremendous stress. PURE BLISS! Im a busy mom with 2 kids - work out every day and My body and MIND needed this MORE THAN I KNEW! Totally spankin clean place - very thorough- I fell asleep which was AWESOME! And I felt amazing after! Already planning my next float! Sooooo relaxing !!!! Thank you true rest!
