I liked it enjoyed the experience. The tea after and reflection time with friends made this very relaxing.
When I first heard about this 18 years ago it was called sensory deprivation and I didn't think I could do it b/c I'm claustrophobic. I can't even get MRIs done. Since it was a gift I figured I could leave and I didn't waste my own money. When I saw the pod and got in it was ok w the lights on. When I shut them off I felt Like I had unlimited space. It really is a rejuvenating experience!!! After ONE float I became a member and can’t WAIT to go back! A great habit to have for your health and well being!
This was a first!! It was amazing! They offer first timers an introductory video and tour; the staff is well-versed and very accommodating; the spa is zen-like and very clean. The float experience was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.....and I’m a Massage Therapist! I felt relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated! For 60 mins you can leave your worries at the door and just float. You owe it to yourself to give it a try!!!
A very relaxing, introspective experience. Once settled in the pod, I only heard my breathing and was able to listen to my own slowed heart beat. The water's salinity is so high, floating is guaranteed. The showers and pod were clean and well tended. Will definitely go again!
It was very different. I loved it. Everyone was very nice, it was very clean. I would recommend it to my family and friends and coworkers!
