My 1st time trying the float spa and I had a great experience. I haven't been able to totally relax like this in a long time. The staff in Brick were great and answered all my questions. After my float they hooked me up to the aroma therapy and didn't rush me out at all. I was asked several times if I wanted herbal tea or water while I took in the oxygen. I want to go back and I highly recommend trying it.
I had my first float last night and absolutely loved it. I didn't fall asleep, but meditated into total relaxation. Sensory deprivation, zero gravity and epsom salt water is the best healing for body, mind and soul ! I will be recommending True Rest to my friends and family!! Thank you.
The experience was wonderful...... relaxing and meditative. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and the space was meticulous. I would highly recommend the experience and look forward to floating again.
1st time! Can't wait to go back. Very relaxing. The staff is amazing and the facility is spotless. Try the oxygen bar after..well worth it!
