What an incredibly relaxing experience at True Rest Spa on Brick. It's immaculately clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. This was my first time floating. I felt as if my mind was completely detached from my body and I was able to let go and fall into a deep trance like state. simply put, if you have not been here yet, WHY? A great way to relax and enjoy some "me" time is right here. The experience is like no other. the owner is great, his staff is great, and to say you have to try, you're going to love it does not do I justice. Come in, give it one or two shots...by the third time, it will be the most relaxing thing you have done in quite some time.
