Great place to relax and meditate . I'm just too hyper to meditate so I spun in circles lol . my girlfriend loved it she said it helped relax her and the oxygen bar was really nice .
It was so amazing and I am so happy I did it! I needed it and have committed myself to keep doing it as part of my lifestyle!
This was our first visit and I will definitely go back. The staff was great and explained the whole process to us so we were very comfortable getting started. It took a bit to get used to the float but was very relaxing. Great way to meditate and de-stress. I've already told several colleagues about True Rest and they can't wait to try.
The staff was amazing and my first time experience was well worth the anticipation. I've been trying to get it for years to do this and it's changed my life!
