I love floating because of the deep relaxation benefits. Before my float I was suffering from a lot of anxiety, aches and pains and the float relaxed my body and mind. A little over halfway through my float my body just let go of its tension and I went into a deep meditative state. Highly recommend !
True Rest is pure bliss. I went into a peaceful meditative state so quickly, like nothing I've experienced before. Can't wait for my next session and with the monthly membership it's so affordable. Five stars!!!!
I tried a lot of things for stress relief but nothing compares to this. I like to go here after my super intense workout at MY FIT LAB.
We had our very first float experience on July 22nd, & all I can say about this facility is WOW! I felt welcomed the second I walked through the door, & the staff are exceptional. The experience left me truly rejuvenated & energized. My wife & I both loved it. In fact we loved it so much we signed up for 3 floats a month. We were not given the typical sales pitch, they briefly mentioned it, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable so we had to purchase. Can't wait to return next Saturday and float☘
Floating has changed my life. Less fibro pain and better sleep. missed it while I was in vacation!
Didn't know I would be so at peace or so relaxed. When you're left with nothing but your mind things seem to happen. It was a beautiful experience. I had to get a membership. Money can't buy this type of experience. I think it's important to feel this even once in your life time.
Life changing experience and worth the money, where on earth can you feel what it's like to safely float in outer space. Excellent staff and felt like a jellyfish hours afterwards. Also had a sense of calmness and for someone that lives with depression plus anxiety it was welcoming feeling. Going again this weekend for my free birthday float.
