This was my 5th float and I absolutely loved it! It's the only time I can truly shut off my mental chatter and any negative thoughts and allow for thoughts to slowly enter as they come. As a result, I always end up having creative ideas that I put to use right away! And of course feel more relaxed and balanced after. I signed up for a membership plan and look forward to many more floats!
I was really happy to have had an opportunity to truly relax! I found the float to be the easiest way to work on my diaphragmatic breathing amd get into a deep meditation. I slept like a baby that night and found a renewed sense of energy. I am going to really enjoy my membership and cant wait to tell all my clients.
Stellar location and the friendliest staff. All the True REST locations are great - but this one is my favorite.

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. Had heard good things but had no idea I would be so blissed out! Between the relaxing tea, pleasant atmosphere and floating off in to another sweet space, my expectations were exceeded! ! Did not expect to sign up but my husband and I happily signed up for the 2 floats a month. Look forward to my next float! I've been telling everyone about it! Thank you! Very nice staff too
