Wonderful experience! I had never done anything like this before, but I certainly will again.
I had no expectations going into True REST today, it just looked relaxing and I'm a educator, it's Spring Break ... so why not? This was the most relaxing hour I can remember in a long time! Not only was I completely relaxed, but I came away peaceful and some severe back pain I had been experiencing, while not gone, but extremely diminished. Such an awesome experience. I have never been so relaxed and calm before
The staff were extremely helpful and great in lowering my anxiety. I am claustrophobic and can't usually tolerate the dark. I found the pod to be comfortable and had little to no anxiety once I entered the pod.
I enjoyed my experience at True Rest. The place is very nice and the staff is very friendly and made sure I had a good experience.
I enjoyed my floating experience SO. MUCH. I’m a mom of two and I’m also 7 months pregnant. This was exactly what I needed! I was able to de-stress and enjoy some rare time by myself. Afterwards I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The whole experience was incredible... 5 stars all the way!
This was a gift from my mother in law and it was the greatest gift. It seemed weird to float and how it could help you but after I relaxed t was wonderful i could see how going more often would help relax you mind brain and letting things go so relaxed. Thank you for this amazing gift.
Awesome experience! Everyone should do it at least once. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Felt like a day at the spa.
