I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about lying in a pod of salt and water doing nothing. Sitting still is hard for me. I was so relaxed, I actually fell asleep! I NEVER nap. This was much needed. Thank you!! Read up on the health benefits... holy cow!
Honestly, the experience was one of the best things I've done for myself in quite a long time. The staff here was wonderfully accommodating and professional, and the spa itself is impeccably clean and serene.
Extremely relaxing ! Perfect for those who are very stressed and have anxiety. It did wonders to my hair as well. We signed up for a membership right away. Kristopher was absolutely amazing at explaining everything and making us feel welcomed and special.
