I’ve been a few times. I’ve gone after a massage and it helps get the lactic acid out of my muscles. While I’m in the pod I turn the light and music off. For me, it makes it easier to shut off my mind. I focus on my breathing. Once I’m out, and I chill in the oasis, while breathing in citrus flavored oxygen.... I feel energized. However, it does the complete opposite for my boyfriend. We both absolutely love it. �

We had a wonderful experience at True REST Float Spa. It was a clean and calm atmosphere. Those that worked there and the owner were super nice and helpful. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I’d tell everyone to give it a try. Highly recommend!
Very accommodating staff. Good Groupon deals. Pods are setup extremely well and we were able to verify temp settings before we went ensuring we got a good temperature to effectively "melt" in the pod. Oxygen bar after treatment was really nice touch.
