My fiancé and I decided to enjoy a float on the last day of the year as a way to let go of all the negative energy of the year. I have never experienced any type of therapy like this - amazing! Very rejuvenating, relaxing and tranquil. I plan on making this a regular practice in the new year. Thank you!
It was an interesting experience! Very nice and clean facility. The attendant was very helpful and kind. It took me about twenty minutes to finally give into the float entirely and relax. Once I finally relaxed it was hard to keep my mind from wandering all over the place, so in the future I will have to work in that. I think if you enjoy meditation � this would be up your alley.
