True Rest Float Spa is truly extraordinary. I was never able to really mediate and connect until I started coming here. The staff is wonderful, the owner, Maria is fabulous, and the place is extremely serene. I highly recommend True Rest if you want to feel amazing and energized!
A new business review... Sheley style, which means long winded. I love True Rest, a new small business in Albuquerque. I tend to be a human-doing, all the time, not a human-being. I needed something that would force stillness into my life. Massage relaxes me, but I rarely get to that place of absolute stillness, because there is a connection with the massage therapist and impossibly tight muscles being forced into submission. What a beautiful place. The staff is super friendly , very informative and very professional. As a spa owner seeing something new in NM IS JUST exciting, and this concept is so cool and unique. I can truly say I felt more relaxed, refreshed, and energized. I would recommend True REST to anyone. How could you not? ;-)
This is a very unique and heavenly experience! I have tried many, many meditation techniques and found this to help me truly relax. Plus, deep breathing into my aching joints during the beginning of this cold season has helped to alleviate the pain. I recommend to anyone who wants to enhance the well being.. mind, body, and spirit. I love this place!
