What a great experience! If you need to relax and relieve some stress I highly recommend giving True Rest Float Spa a try. Very friendly staff.
True Rest is the best experience that I have tried for my well being I feel so relaxed and calm after a long productive week it really puts me in tune with myself and resets me for the the next week. I personally recommend anyone do a float at least once a week. The staff are so nice and welcoming when you arrive Thank you. True Rest!!!
I was excited for a relaxing float session, but I left really disappointed. 20 mins into my hour session, the jets in the float pod started going off. I had to jump out to avoid getting the salt water in my eyes. When the jets stopped, I got back in the tub, and 20 mins later they started going off again. I ended my session at that point. Also, they lost my flip flops that looked similar to the ones that they provided so I ended up having to wear their flip flops home.
The space is warm and inviting and the staff friendly. I have never had a more relaxing experience. Floating is my new favorite way to get "me time!"
I have never been to a float tank before but when I met Maria I just had too! Everything she was explaining about the benefits of floating just spoke so deeply to me because of my history with anxiety. She invited me to the soft opening which ended up being a day I was feeling really anxious. This concept is a must experience for anyone who needs to up there spa level! It is NOT the same! Maria & her staff are the most welcoming, thorough hostesses I've experienced at any spa in a while. FLOAT... your muscles, skin, and brain will thank you!
