RecommendedI feel very at home and at peace whenever I float. I suffer from a lot of ailments and when I float it eases most of them. I suffer with insomnia and after I float I am able to sleep. I highly recommend True REST!!!
Maria and Mariah are amazing. you float as if you were at the Dead Sea. So calming, takes away stress and pain! My skin feels amazing, too!

I floated today for the first time and I was pleasently surprised by my entire experience. The introduction and tour were incredibly helpful to know what I was going to experience and how to best enjoy it. After my float time was up, I had already decided I would like to do it again. I then got to interact with the employees during relaxation time and checkout and they made it even better. I was a first timer with a lot of questions. The environment was very inviting and the staff was wonderful. I was nervous at first when I entered the water but it didn’t take long before I was so relaxed and happy. I can’t wait to go again.

I went yesterday for the first time , just loved it. its better than a massage for me just because I have sensitive muscles that when I do them it is relaxing but I would deal with my muscles being sore afterwards. So it's not so fun after for me. Great staff, they made me feel at home. and very knowledgeable and clean.
This was my first time there and the owner Maria was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. This is exactly what I needed after a hectic weekend. Thank you Maria for your kindness! See you soon!!!
